Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Boosterpack Forms (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Boosterpack Forms provides an API and embed script that help website operators receive contact-form submissions. Submissions are delivered to the destination email configured for a form.

The Service includes anti-abuse protections such as domain allowlisting, proof-of-work, rate limiting, and spam filtering. These protections may evolve over time.

• Account access: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any authentication methods you enable.
• API keys: keep API keys secret and server-only. Do not expose them in client-side code or public repositories.
• Prompt reporting: if you suspect unauthorized access or abuse, contact support@boosterpack.xyz.

You are responsible for the websites, forms, and content you connect to the Service, including any text fields and messages that users submit through your forms (“User Submissions”).

• Permissions: you represent that you have the right to collect and process the information your form requests, and to route submissions to the destination inbox you configure.
• Compliance: you are responsible for your own privacy policy, legal basis/consent (where applicable), and compliance obligations for your website and forms.
• No sensitive uploads: the Service is not designed for file uploads. Do not attempt to collect or transmit sensitive files via the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activities.
• Send spam, phishing, or malware, or facilitate such content through your forms.
• Attempt to bypass domain allowlisting, anti-bot checks, or rate limits.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as permitted by us.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code or non-public APIs except to the extent allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use harms the Service, other users, or third parties.

The Service may offer paid plans and/or add-ons. If billing is enabled, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your access to paid features may depend on successful payment and subscription status.

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including rate limits and anti-abuse mechanisms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boosterpack Forms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
